A Resource for Care: Shepherd's Heart Ministry

Shepherd’s Heart Ministry has been serving Pastoral Couples since 2004 in one of their many retreat centers around the world, and has partnered with ECO to assist in supporting their Pastoral Couples in Issues such as burnout, conflict in their ministry assignments, marriage issues and moral failure which are just a few of the challenges that face those serving in ministry.  ECO believes strongly in caring for their Pastoral Couples and has set up several resources to help you on your journey.  

Confidential Telephonic Counseling Sessions:

Did you know that if you are an ECO Ordained Pastor you and/or your spouse have 10 hours of Confidential Telephonic sessions at no charge with a professionally trained SHM Pastoral Care Specialist are signed up for benefits through NFP?  Call the Shepherd’s Heart/ECO toll free line at 844.236.9714 to set up your appointment.  Sometimes, just an outside objective person can shed new light on a problematic situation.  

5 day Intensives for those in CRISIS:

Shepherds Heart Ministry also provides 5-day Intensives for ECO Ordained Pastoral Couples in CRISIS.  An Intensive includes approximately 25 hours of counseling with a husband/wife counseling team, homework assignments, room and board and follow-up.   At the 2017 ECO gathering in South Carolina, the Founders, Larry and Lorrie Russell presented the ECO Pastoral Care prevention program, and ECO is highly committed to assist any Pastoral Couple in need.   We care about you and we care about your ministry.  All Intensives are Confidential.  

Webinars to support you in your Ministry:

Preventive Webinars are available to encourage and assist you in your daily ministry challenges on a Monthly Basis, so don’t miss these upcoming sessions.
