Rev. Dr. Dana Allin | Synod Executive

Rev. Dr. Dana Allin is ECO’s Synod Executive. Dana formerly served as the President of the board of ECO, the pastor of Indian River Presbyterian Church in Fort Pierce, FL and the pastor of Christ Presbyterian Church in Lakewood, CA. Dana attended Fuller Seminary, where he received both an MDiv and a DMin. He also has a BS in Microbiology from University of California, Santa Barbara and is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. Dana's passion to encourage and inspire leaders has led him to develop both the Missional Leader Training program and the Coach Certification Process. He lives in Santa Barbara with his wife, Beth and their three children - Micah, Peyton, and Piper.

Kim Davis | Assistant to the Synod Executive

Kim Davis was raised in Santa Barbara, CA and attended Westmont College where she received her BA in Sociology and Communications. She has worked since graduation in church administration, children’s ministry, operations, and event management as well as many years in education. She has served as a volunteer in her local church in every capacity from youth leadership and women’s ministry, to small group leadership, and serving with her husband on her church’s elder board. She and her husband have two children. As a family, they love spending time doing anything outdoors and cooking good food. Kim is the Assistant to the Synod Executive and helps facilitate many of the ministry resources associated with Flourish.

John Terech | Executive Director of Operations

John Terech is a former Wall Street executive and New York native. He graduated from Boston University with a degree in Business Administration and is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, and a Commissioned Lay Pastor in ECO. Having been in ministry for the last 10 years in Palm City, Florida, John also attended Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary and is currently completing his degree at Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando. He is married to Patty Terech and they have 3 children - John III, Joseph, and Lindsay.

Patricia Terech | Assistant to the Director of Operations

Patty Terech was born and raised in Central New Jersey. She began working in the financial industry in New York City at the very young age of 18. She met her husband, John, at a financial firm and the two were married in 1999. In April of 2005, John and Patty Terech moved from New Jersey to Palm City, Florida, and during their first week in the city visited Palm City Presbyterian Church. They loved it immediately. Patty volunteered at the church for two years before accepting a position as Director of Volunteers and eventually Office Administrator. Patty served at Palm City Presbyterian Church for 7 years. Patty is thrilled to have joined the ECO team.

Rev. Nate Dreesmann | Executive Director of Ecclesiastical Support

Nate Dreesmann has been serving the church for more than twenty-three years. He has served on the staffs of small, medium, and large churches, from Berkeley, to Washington, to Idaho.  Nate has also served on the sessions of small and large churches.  Nate attended Fuller Seminary, where he received both a MDIV and MACCS. Nate is passionate about Jesus, living out the Great Commission, and helping ECO churches revitalize and plant new churches.  Nate is married to Cari and they have four children - Gabrielle-15, Jackson-13, Charis-10, and Elise-7.

Maja Greig | Assistant to the Executive Director of Ecclesiastical Support

Maja Greig has lived in Santa Barbara, Ca most of her life. She graduated from Westmont College with a BA in Psychology. She has worked and served in the Santa Barbara community for over 30 years. Her focus and heart has included loving her family, serving her church, discipleship of younger women, and working with at-risk youth and people in addiction. She has held employment with Westmont College, the SB Rescue Mission, Teen Court, and the Council of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse before joining the ECO Synod staff. Maja has been married for 25 years to Steve and has two children. Her son, Peter, and her daughter, Stacia, are currently in college.

Skye Coleman | Executive Administrator

Skye Coleman is the Executive Administrator for ECO. Originally from Palm Springs, CA, she attended Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA where she graduated with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics and Business. She oversees the administration team and is involved in the creation of ECO websites and media. She lives in Goleta, CA with her husband, Patrick. 

Taylor Woods | Assistant to the Executive Administrator

Taylor Woods was born and raised in Glendora, CA. She attended Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA where she graduated with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Economics & Business. She assists the Executive Administrator in all her tasks - such as running the many ECO email accounts and helping our churches and pastors with their application processes. She is the newest member of our team, and is living in Santa Barbara after graduating from Westmont in May of 2018.

Shelby Murphy | Financial Administrator

Shelby Murphy was born and raised in Colorado Springs, CO, and graduated from California Baptist University in May of 2013 with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting. Shelby is the Financial Administrator at ECO, doing the day-to-day tasks of accounting. Shelby’s hobbies and activities include hiking and being outdoors. She also enjoys reading and traveling. She lives in Colorado Springs with her husband, Jonathon. 

Rev. Anna Kent | Director of Mission Affinity Groups

Rev. Anna W. Kent has been a part of ECO since its inception and currently serves as the Director of Mission Affinity Groups. She served as pastor of Central Presbyterian Church in Waxahachie, Texas, from 2008-2011 after graduating from Princeton Theological Seminary with a MDiv. Prior to following God’s call to ordained ministry, Anna worked in executive recruiting, fundraising, event planning, and membership development for various for-profit and non-profit organizations. Anna grew up in Longview, Texas, and received a B.A. in History from the University of Texas at Austin (Hook ‘em Horns!) and a MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. She resides in Huntsville, Alabama, with her beloved husband, Mark (who has turned her into an Alabama Crimson Tide fan - Roll Tide!) and enjoys being called “Fairy Stepmother” by Mark’s precious daughters - McLaine and Maddie.

Rev. Jen Haddox | Director of Global Engagement

Rev. Jen Haddox previously served as the associate director of World Mission Initiative at Pittsburgh Seminary. She is passionate about inviting others into God's global purposes with experience leading short-term mission trips, coordinating and teaching perspectives classes, and providing mission resources and teaching for congregations. Jen, her husband, Mike, and two sons recently moved to Jerome, ID where Mike pastors an ECO church. Raising two active toddlers, they don’t have free time! But, they all enjoy playing outdoors, camping, and spending time as a family.

Rev. Lisa Johnson | Director of Lay Leadership Development

Rev. Lisa Johnson grew up in Orange County, California and received her BA in Communication Studies at Westmont College. She received her Masters of Divinity at Princeton Seminary and was ordained in 1999. She has ministered at five different churches in New Jersey, Santa Barbara, Orange County, and San Diego as an Associate Pastor. She has a passion for teaching, discipleship, leadership development, and spiritual formation. She is so excited to join the ECO staff in this new capacity. Most recently, Lisa was the Director of ELI (Elder Leadership Institute). Lisa currently lives in Coronado, California with her husband and two teenaged children.

Rev. Beth Allin | National Gathering Coordinator

Rev. Beth Allin has a Masters of Divinity from Fuller Seminary and a BA in Sociology from Westmont College. Her favorite part of ministry is being able to be on the journey with people and point them toward Christ. Beth is currently the National Gathering Coordinator for ECO. She lives in Santa Barbara, CA, with her husband Dana and their three kids.

Rev. Gregory Wagenfuhr | ECO Theological Task Force Resource Coordinator

Rev. Dr. Wagenfuhr has served on ECO’s Theology Task Force since 2015. With the call for new confessional material at the 2018 Synod, Greg is coordinating the writing, editing, and production of ECO’s Confessional Standards, and its accompanying resources.

He is the author of Plundering Egypt: A Subversive Christian Ethic of Economy (Cascade, 2016). He has a PhD in Theology and Religious Studies from the University of Bristol (UK). He has taught biblical languages at Trinity College, Bristol (UK), where he met his wife, Ainhoa Prieto Wagenfuhr.

He was Transitional Pastor for the United Presbyterian Church of Cañon City (2014-2017), leading the church to launch a church plant, and forming The Historic Church Conservancy of Fremont County.

Greg and Ainhoa live in Cañon City, Colorado where Ainhoa directs a Christian transitional housing and recovery program called New Creations Inn.
